The second iteration in our candy inspired Sneaky Treat series. This time inspiration comes from the hot summer holiday treat of mango ice cream filled coconuts. A fruited sour featuring the finest hand toasted coconut by our friends at Swenströmskans, lush mango and a tad passion fruit for a balanced acidity. A final touch of ground vanilla and marshmallow for extra treatiness.

Fruited sour brewed in collaboration with one of our favorite friends and brewers, Marius of mead magicians Marlobobo. Marius sent us his juiced Stevnsbaer cherries, known for their rich flavor. These were blended with blueberries and raspberries, a touch of salt and a final addition of vanilla. Compared to many of our fruited sours we wanted to let the berries shine brighter here and changed the ph in the beer to better give room for delicious sweeet berry notes.

Respect Your Elders ? Respect Your 2025 This year we updated the grain bill to make it somewhat drier, enhancing the crisp bitterness. We changed some levels between the different hops but kept the rest. We wanted to brew an American Double IPA that would bring us back to the old days. When IPAs were clear, copper colored and had a lasting, lingering bitterness. Despite contemporary rating trends we hope to bring back a variation of styles and hopefully show how pleasant bitterness can be. This beer is an homage to one of the beers that once sparked my own love for hoppy beers. A legendary beer that in many ways paved the way for modern IPAs. More than generously hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus and Cascade hops. 100+ IBU.

Barona have their brewery on the border to the Spanish border, straight into the country from Lisbon. During our recent trip to Portugal we decided to brew a double collab. In Portugal we brewed a coffee Brown Ale, a long dream of ours while we in Sweden wanted to brew something we havent done yet - a bold Double IPA. We aimed to make it a bit dryer for maximum drinkability and to let the bitterness work its magic alongside a robust malt base. For hops we played around with Citra, Taiheke, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Riwaka. Together they will offer a hop cocktail full of citrus, resin and pine complemented with gentle fruity grape notes.

Collaboration with our friend Ricky of Dutch brewery White Dog. Ricky is known for fruit heavy smoothie style beers and some amazingly decadent Imperial Stouts - so of course we got talking about hops. We share a love of classic hop varieties and wanted Simcoe to play in the front line. 702 Simcoe DynaBoost, Simcoe T90, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic Cro and Citra makes up the base and double dry hop additions. A complex blend of earthy, citrusy and some dank pine mixed with stone fruits and tropical notes.

Ahhh! West Coast IPA Surprise Surprise A refreshing bitter bite yet with a fruity ”Ahhh, that’s good.” All that walking in a pine forest, full-bodied goodness sprinkled with a little zesty tangerine and pleasant herbal and citrus character. Like fine Earl Grey. Ahhh! The quote ”What I wanna do right here is go back….” prompted us to embark on a journey exploring our roots in all and everything that is neo-old-school American-style IPAs. We again wanted to find our bitter bite, malty body, and pine forest citrussy properties. We picked up some pieces of our history. Some pale ale malts, pilsner malts, crystal malts, adding Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops. And then, we rounded it off with just the right amount of bubbles. Pinball West Coast IPA was born. Then, it was time to go up. Electro was the continuance, and Echo was the furthering. Aims at perfecting and refining to better. Dreams to elevate. A little more here. A little less there. Tying the unbalanced balance of an actual West Coast IPA together. Now, we’re tweaking it even further. Switching back Simcoe for Amarillo and adding a fair amount of Idaho 7. Giving you that ahhh-feeling from first to last sip.

In 1842, at our brewery in Plzeň, brewer Josef Groll introduced the world to the first golden ‘pilsner’ lager, and changed beer forever. His invention soon became the most popular style of beer on the planet. We’ve brewed Pilsner Urquell in the same brewery using the same recipe for over 175 years. Today, we still insist on using traditional methods, like triple decoction and parallel brewing in wooden lagering barrels. It takes longer but means we never compromise on our taste. Pilsner Urquell’s signature flavour balances sweetness from the triple-decocted malt, and bitterness from our Saaz hops. The thick head of dense wet foam adds smoothness and seals in flavour and aroma. In every sip of Pilsner Urquell you’ll notice a refreshing crispness from natural carbonation, then subtle caramel tones and a clean finish with a pleasing hoppy bitterness.

Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. Kombinace unikátních sladů zvýrazňuje starší chuťové tóny a mezi sladovou sladkostí a hořkostí vynikne díky trojnásobnému chmelení hořkost chmelová. Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.
