Formerly known as Leon. Tired of talking my friends into pit stops at beer bars before heading “out” — in fear of having to drink bland lager all night — I set out to craft an ale that would act as companion throughout the evening. Leon is assertively hopped and fermented dry using champagne yeast. The yeast and the hops in combination with a simple malt bill provides the beer with a quality of being rich in taste yet refreshing. Skål!

Supreme Hazy DIPA Prime Elite Jet Set Here’s to Citra because this beer is nothing but. Citra all over. We let this superstar of the hop world, the most sought-after of varieties, shine on its own. It lights up the room. Literally speaking. We think. Luminous! Many years ago, we started brewing a series of DIPAs called Crush. An ever-changing concept, idea, and journey toward the perfect DIPA in a world where our vision of that was ever-changing. While Supreme is not part of the Crush series, it is an excellent continuance for, once again, aiming at that ever-changing perfect DIPA. It also embodies everything we've learned from dreaming up and brewing all our previous DIPAs. And it follows straight from our latest varieties, Elite and Jet Set. So, what is the significant change this time? Well, Supreme is a single hop! And, the first single hop DIPA we've done. Go figure. Naturally, we went with the most DIPA of hops, Citra. Giving the beer a unique flavor profile of grapefruit, lime, and tropical fruits aromas and flavors. We hope you love it as much as we do. We're enjoying it while dreaming it the next one. Tiptop!

When Johann Liebhard started brewing and serving his own beer on February 2nd, 1878, dark beer was by far the predominant beer style in the Munich area. To remember our great-grandfather, we decided to celebrate the occasion of our breweries 140th anniversary with a special beer. Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel unfiltriert (or Jubiläumsbier, jubilee beer, for friends) is brewed from five types of malt, using the traditional double fermentation process. We are quite sure that Johann Liebhards guests would have appreciate our creation. With its warm aroma and malty taste we honor 140 year of tradition and taste.

Pale Single Hop Hazy Pale Ale Howling at the Moon This is Pale: A smooth floral and citrus single hop pale ale. Session! Indeed, you sometimes want to keep it simple. And yes, simple is one way to describe this beer. Yet, it’s not simple. Not at all. This beer is refined, complex, sophisticated, multi-faceted, polished, and well-crafted. In all, it’s simplicity. And sometimes, that’s all, everything, and the only thing you want. We’ve done all the work so you can have all the fun. The intertwined combination of a malt base that is thought about, brewed, re-brewed, and refined again and again. With a yeast selection made by seeing and tasting the results of so many yeast varieties. And, a hop combination that, after, in various brews, almost trying them all, is not a combination but a single hop to rule them all. So, to repeat our preamble, This is Pale: A smooth floral and citrus single-hop pale ale. A drink of complex simplicity for all your session needs

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.
