When Johann Liebhard started brewing and serving his own beer on February 2nd, 1878, dark beer was by far the predominant beer style in the Munich area. To remember our great-grandfather, we decided to celebrate the occasion of our breweries 140th anniversary with a special beer. Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel unfiltriert (or Jubiläumsbier, jubilee beer, for friends) is brewed from five types of malt, using the traditional double fermentation process. We are quite sure that Johann Liebhards guests would have appreciate our creation. With its warm aroma and malty taste we honor 140 year of tradition and taste.

Don't let the 'Session' tag mislead you. At Innis & Gunn, we only brew beers of real depth and body and our Session IPA is no exception. We have expertly brewed it to be a light, yet aromatic and moreish beer. It's packed with tropical grapefruit, berry and zesty lemon character. That comes from the skillful addition of Goldings, Citra, and Centennia hops late in the brewing process.

Pale Single Hop Hazy Pale Ale Howling at the Moon This is Pale: A smooth floral and citrus single hop pale ale. Session! Indeed, you sometimes want to keep it simple. And yes, simple is one way to describe this beer. Yet, it’s not simple. Not at all. This beer is refined, complex, sophisticated, multi-faceted, polished, and well-crafted. In all, it’s simplicity. And sometimes, that’s all, everything, and the only thing you want. We’ve done all the work so you can have all the fun. The intertwined combination of a malt base that is thought about, brewed, re-brewed, and refined again and again. With a yeast selection made by seeing and tasting the results of so many yeast varieties. And, a hop combination that, after, in various brews, almost trying them all, is not a combination but a single hop to rule them all. So, to repeat our preamble, This is Pale: A smooth floral and citrus single-hop pale ale. A drink of complex simplicity for all your session needs

Tropic Sunrise Sour Fruit Ale Eventide Twinkle A lush mango, pineapple and raspberry sour fruit ale. For all your fruit and sour needs. Sunrise! After Tropic Thunder, we knew we had to make a sequel, and Tropic Sunrise was the beer we brewed as a follow-up. We brewed it with Lactobacillus and let it ferment with mango, pineapple, and raspberry. Pinkish hue, rosy glow! If our aim with Tropic Thunder was to make a popsicle beer, our objective with Tropic Sunrise was to create a tropic sunrise in a bottle. We played around with a bunch of different fruits, but when we added the raspberries, it gave it that pink morning glow and berry taste. Instantly, we knew we had another banger. This was almost 8 years ago and moving quickly, as the craft beer world does. The beer was remembered but placed on hold in search of the next new thing, the even newer thing, and then a thing so new it was not even a thing yet. Now, here we are. We’ve come full circle. And as the day goes on, the sun rises again. Up, up, and away. Paradise!

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color.
