Since 1984, Samuel Adams Boston Lager has used the world’s finest hand-selected ingredients to create a perfectly balanced and complex original brew. So, why change a classic? The recipe hasn’t changed. Boston Lager Remastered still uses Koch’s great-great grandfather’s mid-19th century original recipe but has evolved the process to reduce filtration, incorporating a traditional German practice of biological acidification while dropping the roughness from the husks of the barley. The result is a brighter, easier-drinking beer that leaves a little more sparkle in every glass. Boston Lager Remastered is easier-drinking and more refreshing than ever before. Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.

WHAT DOES IT EVEN MEAN ? Simplicity and quality of ingredients are the key to brewing this traditional British style well. We chose a blend of Golden Promise and Maris Otter, two heritage barley varieties from the UK dating back to the 1960’s, and added a touch of English caramalt. Staying true to its roots, we layered two quintessential English hop varieties into the boil, Fuggles and Goldings. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THOUGH Gluten free. Biscuit and toasty malt flavors with a rustic character and a gentle hop bitterness for balance. Medium-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp finish for ultimate sessionability. Earthy and woody notes from Fuggles, delicate floral and herbal notes and a slight spice from the Goldings.

This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Humlearomatisk smak med tydlig beska, inslag av mango, ambrosiakaka, färska örter och grapefrukt. Den är smakrik men ändå lätt, vissa skulle nog kalla den för en nybörjar IPA och det kan vi absolut hålla med om.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color.
