Bear With Us is a modern style West Coast IPA created in collaboration with the wonderful team from Clapton Craft. Following up on last year’s release of Grizzly, this year’s brew amps up the intensity with a higher ABV and a vibrant hop profile. Strata leads the way and is paired with Mosaic T90 and Spectrum and the freshest CY24 Motueka hops for a juicy but bitter IPA. We're getting blood orange, zingy pineapple, zesty lime and a rounded dank character.

Gatekeeper

Gatekeeper

  • Barrier Brewing Company, United States

In collaboration with Garage & Resident Culture. This brand new mega 3way collab pays homage to one of our favorite members of the Garage beer family, Stefano- Who was the Bar Manager of their original taproom affectionately named "The Trap" for good reason lol... and he is now the caretaker of their newest pub in the Bohemian "Raval section" of Barcelona as well... Stefano is basically the man to know in Barcelona... he has the keys to all the locked doors you would want access through... so we figured naming the beer Gatekeeper would the perfect way to honor such a beautiful and important person to the Barcelona beer scene! The label shows him standing in front of some older Gothic looking closed gate with the legendary Catalonia architect Guadi's La Sagrada Familia church behind it... The beer itself will be absolutely loaded with classic west coast flavor stemming from the likes of Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial... as well as some Mosaic and Simcoe. You can expect a flavor we can only best describe as Marijuana candy... just super dank and resiny with this lemon drop citrusy burst on the finish... zero chance of having just one!

Pilsner Urquell Nefiltrovaný / Unfiltered

  • Pilsner - Czech
  • 4.4%
  • Plzeňský Prazdroj, Czech Republic

Unfiltered, unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell is available at our brewery and very select pubs and Tankovna bars. In every sip of Pilsner Urquell you’ll notice a refreshing crispness from natural carbonation, then subtle caramel tones and a clean finish with a pleasing hoppy bitterness. Pilsner Urquell’s signature flavour balances sweetness from the triple-decocted malt, and bitterness from our Saaz hops. The thick head of dense wet foam adds smoothness and seals in flavour and aroma. In 1842, at our brewery in Plzeň, brewer Josef Groll introduced the world to the first golden ‘pilsner’ lager, and changed beer forever. His invention soon became the most popular style of beer on the planet. We’ve brewed Pilsner Urquell in the same brewery using the same recipe for over 175 years. Today, we still insist on using traditional methods, like triple decoction and parallel brewing in wooden lagering barrels. It takes longer but means we never compromise on our taste.

We have brewed a dark well hopped ale that we think respond well to the hearty and often rich Christmas foods. The combination of roasted flavors, dark chocolate and coffee meets cirtus flavors and aromas from the hops. This beer was awarded best draft beer in the category Ale up to 5.9% at the Stockholm Beer Festival in 2006 and bronze in 2008 and was named best Swedish bottled beer in 2008 and won the Swedish Ölfrämjandets Christmas beer testing in 2008, 2009 and 2010. 2009 it got the gold medal again at the Stockholm Beer Festival. Winter Ale was named the best Christmas beer at Örebro Beer & Whiskey festival 2009 . Malts: Pale ale malt, pale caramel malt, dark caramel malt, melanoidin malt and choclate malt. Hops: Centennial, Chinook och Cascade Food pairings Works particularly well with typical Swedish Christmas smorgasbord. Pickled herring, cured salmon and "Janssons Temptation" (potato, onion and pickled anchovies baked in cream). Meatballs, spareribs and sausages are also a staple at the Christmas table. Another great pairing would be port wine braised shoulder of lamb with garlic and herbs served with gnocchi.

Made using pomace from perry pears. Perry is an amazing drink, made from specific types of pear, fermented and then refermented in the bottle. It was known as "English Champagne", and is a pretty magical substance. Not to be confused with 'Pear Cider'! Big aromas of oily white grapefruit, with a hint of salinity. Fleshy pear flavour leads towards guava then struck flint. The finish is more ripe pomme with some nectarineand a lean acidity. Made with fruit harvested in 2022 from Little Pomona.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884.

  • Shepherd Neame, England

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.
