Punk IPA

Punk IPA

  • IPA - American

  • BrewDog, Scotland

Punk IPA is the beer that kick-started it. This light, golden classic has been subverted with new world hops to create an explosion of flavour. Bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish. This is the beer that started it all - and it’s not done yet... PUNK - Quintessential Empire with an anarchic twist. Malts: Marris Otter Extra Pale. Hops: Chinook, Simcoe, Ahtanum, Nelson Sauvin.

As a person who can not be near sweet treats, but who loves the inspirational range of flavor combinations, textures and ingredients in them I wanted to create a series of beer departing in these candy like flavors. But instead of following the path of pastry sours we wanted to use the fruits we have and blend them and other ingredients to get as close to the candies as possible. First out is Tropcial Sneaky Treat, a Fruited Sour with Mango and Raspberries, with a touch of Passion Fruit and Guanabana for acidity and a tropical touch. Then conditioned on our cream treatment of vanilla and marshmallow.

Full of deeply flavored blueberries and fragrant vanilla, some creamy milk sugar and the finest custom baked cake bottoms our pals at Swenströmskans bakery can make. Contains milk sugar.

NOT THE BERLINER BEER CO VERSION GREEN SUEDE SHOES. Modern double dry-hopped hazy IPA brewed with a fruity yeast and a generous dose of Citra and Mosaic hops. I've known Adam at Berlin Beer Co for a while now and throughout the years we have bumped into each other here and there. During The Eight States Altered State Festival earlier in 2024 I got to try his Green Suede Shoes IPA and it blew me away as one of the best in show. A kind of straightforward IPA but with a depth and length of flavors I struggle to find in modern IPAs. We got talking and realized that our IPA recipes were quite similar and we decided to brew a take on his delicious beer adapted for the Swedish market and palate.

The rich, complex flavor of this well-balanced beer does not betray its total lack of alcohol. Abundant vitamins and an isotonic nature make this an ideal beverage after sporting activities. Fresh fruit flavors evoking ripe summer apples are counterbalanced with delicately bitter herbs followed by a hint of malty sweetness, which pleasantly fades

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. It is ideally served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).

A refreshing Hazy Winter IPA where we blended two of our favorite styles. We took a Hazy IPA malt base and let it ferment with a classic West Coast IPA yeast. Rounded, soft body with a clean fruity hoppiness. Easy drinking - to enjoy with friend, without Untappd, during the winter months. The hop profile is also a blend of our favorite American IPA hops such as Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe and Citra, mixed with some tasty Mosaic Cryo.

  • Shepherd Neame, England

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color.

House of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.

Previously sold in the UK in gold coloured labels/cans as Carlsberg Export. The current UK Carlsberg Export is the same as the standard Carlsberg Export. In Italy this one is sold as "Carlsberg Pilsner" with 5% ABV.
