WHAT DOES IT EVEN MEAN ? Simplicity and quality of ingredients are the key to brewing this traditional British style well. We chose a blend of Golden Promise and Maris Otter, two heritage barley varieties from the UK dating back to the 1960’s, and added a touch of English caramalt. Staying true to its roots, we layered two quintessential English hop varieties into the boil, Fuggles and Goldings. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THOUGH Gluten free. Biscuit and toasty malt flavors with a rustic character and a gentle hop bitterness for balance. Medium-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp finish for ultimate sessionability. Earthy and woody notes from Fuggles, delicate floral and herbal notes and a slight spice from the Goldings.

This is one of our favourite sours that we have done in recent years so we thought it was well worth a revisit. This is a delicious dessert style sour that is loaded up heavily with peach, raspberry and high quality vanilla from Madagascar. The intent with this beer is to be rich and smooth with the acidity playing the role of balance therefore is slightly lower on the acidity scale. A very protein heavy malt bill and a healthy lactose addition create a extrememly thick, luscious body that really enhance the desert qualities of this beer.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color. Již na první pohled zaujme tento originálně vybroušený polotmavý Ležák granátovou barvou s širokým spektrem jiskrných barev. Kombinace unikátních sladů zvýrazňuje starší chuťové tóny a mezi sladovou sladkostí a hořkostí vynikne díky trojnásobnému chmelení hořkost chmelová.
