Budweiser Budvar Premium Pale Lager can thus be savoured with all the senses. Firstly, your eye can see its beautiful golden colour and rich thick head, then you can smell its mild hop aroma and feel the misted glass in your palm, and finally use your taste buds to savour its mild medium-strong bitterness. House of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.

When William Magner set out to make Ireland’s greatest cider in 1935, this is what he came up with. We’ve barely changed it since then, but why would we? Made with 17 different varieties of fallen apple, pressed and then kept in the dark to mature for a couple of years, it is the crispest way to celebrate any moment. Sold as Bulmers in the Republic of Ireland.

Previously sold in the UK in gold coloured labels/cans as Carlsberg Export. The current UK Carlsberg Export is the same as the standard Carlsberg Export. In Italy this one is sold as "Carlsberg Pilsner" with 5% ABV.

“Schlenkerla Helles” is brewed with fine Bavarian aroma hops from the area around the city of Nürnberg. It's lagered in century old caves underneath the historic Schlenkerla brewery and maltings. Schlenkerla Helles is boiled in the same copper kettles and bottom fermented by the same yeast as the historic Schlenkerla Smokebeer. Its subtle smokiness without using smoke malt makes “Helles Schlenkerla Lager” a unique representative of the classic lager beer style “Bavarian Helles”.

Straight up, no messing Nitro Stout. Pale malt, Brown, Aromatic, Chocolate malt Columbus Hops Nitrogen. Old Man Winter is well and truly upon us like a shithead following us around the brewery so we’ve taken it upon ourselves to make something we’d always wanted to drink when we’re on the sesh in the cold season. A proper Nitro Stout. Slow Life is all about malt, nuance and balance – taking a simple grist of Floor Malted Pale Malt, Brown Malt, Aromatic and Chocolate with a dash of Columbus in the boil. Fermented on WLP007 and then left the fuck alone. We take pride in this lad being a beautiful mug of absolute pint fuel and while she’s easy drinking you get a beautiful complexity of roasty, bready coffee and soft malt sweetness with an un-apologetic bitterness to balance out the whole affair and leave you waiting for your next gulp of soft creamy chocolaty goodness.

Vox Populi

Vox Populi means "Voice Of The People" in latin, and this beer has always been our best selling brew. Besides giving people the fruity, hazy nectar they crave, the name is also a nod to our democratic values as a worker-owned Cooperative. It is a fluffy and balanced IPA with a fruity aroma of peaches, ripe mango and mandarins. Brewed with oatas and wheat, fermented with Vermont yeast and dry hopped generously with Citra and Mosaic. A true crowd pleaser and one of our favourite beers still to this day.
