British style blonde ale brewed with Burtonzied water to achieve that characteristic hop punch. A blend of pale ale and pilsner malts, complemented by Heidelberg wheat and spelt malt. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and new school British hop Godiva in the whirlpool, dry hopped with more Godiva and Citra. Bright gold with a slight haze, soft and round, lighter in body with a pronounced hoppiness, pastry-like aromas of vanilla and blackberry, citrus notes of tangerine. A better manifestation of the concept of rural treasure in late capitalism might be hard to come by! Could we build a business around this kind of beer? Probably not. But if we could we would happily let go of every other ambition and come to peace.

Tropic Thunder Sour Fruit Ale Tropic Trio A sour fruit ale with mango, passion fruit, and peach. Sunshine in a can. Sweet! Born out of a conversation at a beer festival in Rimini, Italy, the idea behind this beer is as simple as it is complex: We wanted to make a beer that tastes like a popsicle. A beer as refreshing as those ice-cold, fruity treats we loved as kids. We brewed this beer, trying to create something we’d never done before. And you know what? We succeeded! Fusing what has become our house lactobacillus culture with all that fruit and then letting it ferment in a for us whole new way. It was an experiment, to say the least. Now, Tropic Thunder is a modern classic. A joint beery effort together with nomadic brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. And forever in our hearts. Fruity!

Tropical Hazy Sour

The beer is brewed to be pleasingly tart and refreshing using a traditional kettle souring method, similar to our renowned and award-winning Gose series of beers. Tropical flavors are introduced in the fermentation process through the use of real guava and passion fruit. Finally, we found that leaving the beer hazy resulted in a more aromatic beer and added to the overall balance of the beverage.

Spitfire Amber Kentish Ale

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color. Již na první pohled zaujme tento originálně vybroušený polotmavý Ležák granátovou barvou s širokým spektrem jiskrných barev. Kombinace unikátních sladů zvýrazňuje starší chuťové tóny a mezi sladovou sladkostí a hořkostí vynikne díky trojnásobnému chmelení hořkost chmelová.
