Bakers, it’s time for your show-stopper challenge! In the fourth iteration of our Show Stopper mini-series, we have partnered with Polish legends Funky Fluid to create a stout based on a traditional coffee cake recipe. With a huge malt bill, our stout recipe has a bold imperial base which imparts notes of coffee. Heaps of brown sugar and the final addition of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg help to complete the flavour notes of our traditional coffee cake stout.

Our latest west coast IPA is built on a foundation of pilsner-, rye- and dextrin malts. The bitterness was fine tuned with Columbus hops in the kettle and then we dry hopped Blank Generation IPA heavily with 2024 crop Nelson Sauvin hops from @freestylehops This bright dank sauce is bursting with tropical splendor; citrus, passion fruit and crushed gooseberries but with just enough bitter snap to tie the whole thing together. Straight up, no messing Nitro Stout. Pale malt, Brown, Aromatic, Chocolate malt Columbus Hops Nitrogen. Old Man Winter is well and truly upon us like a shithead following us around the brewery so we’ve taken it upon ourselves to make something we’d always wanted to drink when we’re on the sesh in the cold season. A proper Nitro Stout. Slow Life is all about malt, nuance and balance – taking a simple grist of Floor Malted Pale Malt, Brown Malt, Aromatic and Chocolate with a dash of Columbus in the boil. Fermented on WLP007 and then left the fuck alone. We take pride in this lad being a beautiful mug of absolute pint fuel and while she’s easy drinking you get a beautiful complexity of roasty, bready coffee and soft malt sweetness with an un-apologetic bitterness to balance out the whole affair and leave you waiting for your next gulp of soft creamy chocolaty goodness.

Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.
