30 Days Italian Pilsner

This Italian Pilsner was brewed true to style - grassy and herbal from the hops, balanced with subtle complexity from a very light dry hop. It has a distinct bitterness, more than a German Helles or Czech Pils would have. It is light in color and malt flavor. It is aged a bit less than our other pilsners - this is intentional. The style is usually not aged more than 4-5 weeks and is unfiltered.

Chimay Grande Réserve (Blue)

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. It is ideally served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).

Finally a new IPA jam packed with the juiciest Motueka hops we could find. What? Not a thing? Then we misread the room severely because Tidal Surge IPA is saturated with Motueka. A Motueka tour de force one could say. We’ve heard that a lot of people have a hard time getting along with this hop. But we also know that a lot of people are wrong. Full stop. Fresh citrus, tropical fruits and a tiny bit of that mojito lime character. Cheers! Saffron Imperial Stout More is More Inspired by every Swede's favorite holiday baked good, the Saint Lucia Bun, this is the perfect fireplace pastry for all your needs. Lussebulle Saffron is a beer that was the continuation of something wholly new and simultaneously building on a set foundation. It started in the US, where we brewed two stouts, Fudge and Coffee. We thought we were done there, but upon tasting them and thinking about them, we realized we had something remarkable on our hands, something we could play around with. So, the Grand series was born. Grand was a series of stouts, a canvas, that we colored as we went along. After the distinct tastes of Fudge, Coffee, Choco Chip, and Cake, we wanted to emulate the taste of a Lussebulle. And so we did. Since discontinuing Grand for even more exploratory, explosive, and expressive imperial stouts, Saffron has always been a fan favorite and our most requested Christmas beer. So, we're bringing it back. Ho ho ho!

Spitfire Amber Kentish Ale

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.

Twisted Thistle IPA

It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color.
