Mark Jennings grew up in Scotland hating whisky and failing his English exams. Somehow he improved his writing skills a little and found an overwhelming love for whisky - especially the people, places, and history that make up the wonderful world of this simple brown drink. He judges for the major spirits competitions, writes for Whisky Magazine, has a cocktail named after him (the Mark of Respect) and was recently namechecked in a song, “My favourite Irish whiskey.” He has led spirits tastings across the world and loves meeting whisky fans - from geeks to newcomers.
